Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager - Artificial Intelligence (AI)
JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to support enterprise and operational initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven projects. This role will bridge business needs and technical solutions, driving projects from concept through delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis & AI EnablementIdentify opportunities to integrate AI into business processes and use casesDevelop business cases supporting AI initiatives and investmentsCollaborate with stakeholders to define and document business and functional requirementsTranslate complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for technical teamsSupport AI solution design by analyzing data, workflows, and machine learning opportunitiesProject ManagementLead and manage enterprise-level projects from initiation through deliveryEnsure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectationsDevelop and maintain project documentation, including:Project Plans and ChartersBusiness Requirements Documents (BRDs)Functional Specifications (FSDs)Statements of Work (SOWs)Status reports and executive updatesFacilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologiesManage risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project outcomesStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationPartner with executive leadership, business users, vendors, and technical teamsAlign competing priorities and manage stakeholder expectationsLead requirements workshops and working sessionsProvide clear, concise communication and reporting across all levels of the organizationDocumentation & Process ManagementCreate and maintain key project artifacts, including:Process flows and diagramsRequirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scriptsMeeting notes and approval documentationEnsure all documentation supports development, testing, and implementation effortsRequired QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst and/or Project Manager roleProven experience delivering AI or data-driven projectsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practicesExperience with project planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)Demonstrated ability to lead requirements elicitation workshops and translate outcomes into formal documentationExperience working across business, technical, and executive stakeholdersStrong knowledge of business process analysis and improvementPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with machine learning concepts, tools, and data analyticsExperience supporting enterprise-level implementationsBackground in public sector or large-scale organizations (a plus)Key SkillsStakeholder management and relationship buildingCommunication and presentation (written and verbal)Change management and expectation settingAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
