Title: Sr OpenShift ArchitectServices Location: Dallas, TX, OnsiteDescription of ServicesThe Senior OpenShift Architect is responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, implementation, and governance of Red Hat OpenShift 4.x platforms across hybrid and multi-cloud ecosystems.This role provides technical leadership, ensures enterprise-grade availability and performance, and drives modernization initiatives using cloud-native and containerization best practices. The architect collaborates with engineering, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, and application teams to deliver scalable and secure OpenShift solutions aligned with strategic business goals.Required Skills & Experience12+ years of experience in AWS and Linux/DevOps rolesExperience as a Principal Consultant on AWS ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS)Hands-on experience with OpenShift Virtualization on ROSAStrong experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes administrationExpertise in OpenShift 4.x including:OperatorsMachine SetsCluster OperatorsAPI Objects & CRDs6+ years architecting and administering Kubernetes/OpenShift environments (including AWS ROSA)Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, automation frameworks)Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ansible, PowerShell)Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD)Deep knowledge of:Distributed systemsNetworking (TCP/IP, DNS, Ingress, Load Balancers)Container orchestrationEnterprise security & compliance frameworksExperience with observability tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic)AI integration knowledge (preferred/plus)
