Project Coordinator
Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator in the Austin TX area What You'll DoDrive Global Engineering Projects: Lead cross-functional projects across US, Mexico, and Italy locations from initiation through final delivery. Define Scope & Schedules: Partner with Engineering Managers to set deliverables, allocate human and technical resources, and build realistic timelines. Proactively Manage Risk & Budget: Track project milestones, manage budgets, and mitigate potential delays before they impact delivery. Facilitate International Communication: Maintain clear reporting lines with internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, HR, Customer Service) and external client stakeholders. Maintain Project Governance: Oversee documentation including schedules, budgets, change requests, and meeting minutes, escalating plan deviations when necessary. What You Need
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent technical experience).
Experience:
3+ years of project management experience in the automotive or industrial machinery sector.
Drawing Interpretation: Proven ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings (experience with winding components is required).Technical Domain Knowledge: Hands-on background or strong familiarity with robotics, industrial machinery, magnetic components, coil winding, or electric motors.
Communication & Collaboration: Advanced/Fluent English language skills with a strong track record of cross-functional teamwork and independent task execution.
Nice to Have:
- Master’s degree in Project Management or active PMP certification.
- Professional proficiency in Italian.
- Familiarity with modern enterprise PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or ERP/CRM platforms).Why This Role
