Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract / PRNLocation: Duxbury, MA 02332Start Date: ASAPPayrate: $40 - $45/hrContract Length: 4-8 weeks (potential for extension)Shifts Available:7:00 AM - 3:00 PM3:00 PM - 11:00 PM11:00 PM - 7:00 AMSchedule: 5 days/week with possible weekend rotationKey Responsibilities:Conduct resident assessments and develop or update care plansAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with physician ordersMonitor resident conditions and report significant changesSupervise LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staffDocument accurately in EMR systemsEnsure compliance with all regulatory standardsProvide compassionate care in a long-term care settingRequirements:Valid Massachusetts RN licenseCurrent CPR/BLS CertificationMinimum of 1 year of recent SNF experienceProficient in EMR documentationAbility to work scheduled shifts, including weekendsStrong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skillsInterested in making a difference?Apply now to join a dedicated healthcare team.
