At Hawcx, we are seeking a Superhero Full-Stack engineer to join our team of digital ninjas.As the founding engineer of Hawcx, you will have the opportunity to shape how the Engineering function gets built from the ground-up.Work on the cutting edge of cybersecurity, scalability and disruption of the cybersecurity industryOpportunity to work with industry leaders from Google, Meta, AMD, Qualcomm and New Relic.You Will Be Responsible ForGathering and evaluating user feedback.Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.Ideal ProfileWe are looking for a self-directed, execution-oriented and product-first engineer who is accountable for their deliverables and is a strong team player and leader.5+ years working on large scale production-grade systems with experience in cybersecurity or identity management.At Least 5+ years experience in Python/Go, AWS/ GCP, React, React/ NativeExperience with Devops/ CI/ CDExperience building SDKs for iOS/ AndroidExperience with Progressive Web AppsCuriosity and some experience with AI/ ML/ Analytical applicationsProven experience in System Design, Architecture and delivery of fast paced projects.Bias towards Action and continuous/ incremental shipment of codeExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written(must be able to explain cybersecurity concepts in simple terms)You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teamsBonus - Experience working with offshore/near-shore teams.What's on Offer?Leadership RoleOpportunity to make a positive impactWork alongside & learn from best in class talent
