Office responsibilities may include scheduling, communication with parents and students, managing registrations, handling studio inquiries, and maintaining studio organization and cleanliness. Qualifications Proficiency in teaching various dance techniques and styles, such as ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, or contemporaryStrong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and registration managementCustomer service and communication skills for interacting with parents, students, and staffAbility to create and adapt fun, effective lesson plans and choreography for all age groups and skill levelsProfessionalism and teamwork in a collaborative environmentExperience with dance studio software and proficiency in common office tools is a plusPrevious experience in a dance instruction or studio setting is preferred
