INSURANCE - Chief Operations Officer - DC13110

Chief Operating Officer- Insurance Carrier opening based in New York City reporting directly to the President. The COO will serve as a key executive leader responsible for improving and modernizing operational performance, driving business growth and building scalable infrastructure to help position the company as a leading specialty P&C Insurance platform. Key Focus: Develop and execute the company operational strategy; improve efficiency and provide operational support across company platform including but not limited to program management- underwriting, claims, legal, reporting and compliance; lead process improvements, initiatives and implement controls and systems; use data analytics and performance metrics to drive decision and operational excellence; partner with business leaders; ensure data privacy; help build a strong innovative culture. The company is seeking a Senior Executive with extensive Chief Operation and ideally Program insurance experience; strong strategic planning and business operation experience; Proven ability to lead change and influence at all levels; visionary with high business acumen and industry experience; excellent communication and board presentation skills; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
