Role: Pharma Project ManagerLocation: Raritan, NJ (100% On-site)Compensation: $56.00/hr on W2Duration: 6 Months (Can extend)Special Note* Fulltime : W2 Candidate Only.Position OverviewSenior IT Project Manager with a comprehensive background in the Life Sciences/Pharma domain to lead end-to-end SDLC and Agile software delivery, ensuring strict compliance inside highly regulated GxP environments.Key Responsibilities* Project Governance: Manage end-to-end scope, detailed timeline tracking, financial budgeting, and strict quality KPIs with zero deviations.* Compliance & Validation: Adhere strictly to corporate SDLC policies, Computer System Validation (CSV) protocols, GxP regulations, and audit-readiness initiatives.* Stakeholder Management: Coordinate direct communications and manage expectations between core internal/external business units, global stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.* Risk Mitigation: Identify technical dependencies, draft proactive mitigation strategies, and facilitate contract drafting and sign-off tracking.* Reporting & Efficiency: Prepare and publish weekly/monthly performance visibility metrics to client leadership while driving AI/analytics-led operational updates.Required Skillset* Experience: Proven background executing technical IT project management specifically within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry verticals.* Frameworks & Tools: Deep functional knowledge of modern Agile/Scrum delivery models utilizing Jira and MS Project.* Domain Exposure: Direct familiarity with Lab Informatics systems (LIMS, ELN, CDS) and standard validated data systems is highly preferred.
