This groupis Recognized by the NCQA as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home. About this Opportunity 34 patient contact hours; average daily patient census is 13-20 Call 1:6; Total outpatient with NO hospital work Region-leading compensation plan Partnership consideration after 2 years (24 partners in the group) Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k, 5 days CME plus allowance, and 4 weeks' time off About Southwestern Vermont Located in southwestern Vermont just 38 miles from Albany. 2.5 hours to Burlington and just over 3 hours from Boston with easy access to borders of New York and western Massachusetts.
