We specialize in employment-based immigration petitions (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, EB-3), H-1B, change of status applications (I-539), and investor visas, and we are rapidly expanding our digital presence.We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that blends legal operations support with strategic legal writing skills, ideal for someone with a background in legal studies, immigration services, or legal writing.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant, located in Irvine, CA. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents, organizing and maintaining legal files, supporting attorneys in case management, and providing administrative assistance. This role involves effective communication with clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.Employment-based cases: EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, EB-2/EB-3 PERM, and EB-5.Family-based cases: Marriage-based green card (I-130/I-485) petitions.Nonimmigrant visa cases: H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, TN, F-1, etc.Assist attorneys with drafting petition letters, RFE responses, and client correspondence.Communicate with clients to collect evidence, prepare forms, and manage case timelines.Organize and maintain case files (both physical and digital) with accuracy and confidentiality.Conduct legal and factual research as needed.Coordinate with USCIS, NVC, DOL, and other government agencies for case tracking.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in law, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, International Relations, or related field (legal experience background preferred)Prior experience with U.S. immigration filings (especially EB-2 NIW, H-1B, or I-539) is highly desirableExcellent English writing skills with strong attention to detail and toneBilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plusAbility to conduct targeted legal or industry research and summarize findings conciselyFamiliarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and legal case management software preferred
