Sr. Technical Program Manager

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team, working on a key healthcare client engagement. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex programs, overseeing multiple workstreams, and driving project outcomes efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps for technical programs.Prioritize outcomes and ensure effective status reporting through PowerPoint presentations.Perform detailed forecasting and reporting using Excel.Track and resolve dependencies across multiple workstreams (8+).Proactively manage risks and issues, influencing stakeholders to drive results.Nice-to-Have:Familiarity with AI technology is a plus but not required.Qualifications:Proven experience in managing multiple technical programs or workstreams.Strong skills in status reporting, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation.Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
