Salary:We are looking to hire a Hospitality Division Manager in our Tampa, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have experience with Toast, OLO, Bite, and QSR. It is a requirement to have restaurant technology management experienced, have opened restaurants, and have team management experience. Having this experience will help ensure success in the role.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead Hospitality employees dailyProvide senior leadership information on all tickets and projectsAssist senior leadership with managing Hospitality clients as a face of the organization while helping grow customers brandsTake the lead role in projects and new service offerings as assigned by your supervisorHelp manage the ticketing systemAssign resources to new ticketsFollows up on long ticketsAdditional Duties and Responsibilities:Improve customer service with the ability to seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationshipsAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentAbility to work independently with locating information to assist a customer/vendorEnter all communication and work inside a service ticketAbility to assist and or train other team members when assistance is neededPart of an On-Call Rotation for After-Hours support
