Production Lead

Your Role...Overall Purpose and Main Objectives:Maintain the production flow through the assigned area of responsibility based on direction provided by the supervisor. Ensure all productivity, customer service, and safety goals are met, while fairly distributing work to 10-12 associates.Overall Responsibilities:Coordinate the flow of all products according to required procedures and time schedulesEnsure all new hires are properly trainedCross-train associates for various functionsEnsure that needed supplies, tools, and equipment are available to all associatesEnsure cleanliness and organization of work areaEnsure preventative maintenance for all machines and equipment are completed each weekPerform other related tasks as requested or requiredSkills/Qualifications:Excellent decision-making skillsGeneral knowledge of all products and processes related to custom services and manufacturingIntermediate math skillsAbility to read and comply with written instructions while handling multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work effectively with team members to accomplish desired goalsHigh school diploma or equivalencyProficient with Microsoft office programsPay Rate:The pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location.
