This role is critical to scaling our infrastructure and data capabilities as we grow rapidly. Define and execute the technical vision for data infrastructure, pipelines, and platform architecture. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align engineering efforts with company goals. Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development for team members. Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and performance across systems. Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data solutions and platform services. Champion DevOps, observability, and automation best practices.Qualifications Proven experience managing engineering teams in a high-growth environment. Strong technical background in data engineering, platform/infrastructure engineering, or both. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). Familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Spark, Kafka). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Experience in B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments. Background in security, compliance, or data governance. Prior experience scaling engineering teams from early-stage to maturityInterested in hearing more?
