Patient Recruitment and Engagement Manager-CPU

We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Patient Recruitment and Engagement Manager to join our Phase 1 Unit Recruiting team. This position will be part of a team focused on recruiting participants for our research studies and contribute to the company’s success. If you enjoy a fast paced, dynamic work environment, and want an exciting career where you use your previous expertise and can develop and grow your career even further, then this is the opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesImplement various recruitment strategies for clinical research studies at Medpace Clinical Pharmacology Unit (MCPU); Work effectively with physicians, patient advocacy and specialized community groups to support and increase participant enrollment Work effectively with CPU leadership to develop recruitment plans and ideas for new and on-going studies.Utilize our systems to track progress of media generated referrals and overall study enrollment;Update study specific social media sites; andIncrease awareness of MCPU and its trials within the community Actively participate and network at various Community, University & College eventsPerform ad-hoc projects/tasks as needed.QualificationsBachelors in Life Science preferred;At least 5 years of patient recruitment experience;Excellent organizational, communication and prioritization skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, social media platforms, andAttention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
