Maintenance Technician (Tooele)

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the Minova Team at our new, state-of-the-art facility in Tooele, Utah. This is a full-time, direct hire position.Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems (motors, controls, sensors, PLCs) and support mechanical subsystems.Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with electrical safety and regulatory standards.Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maximize equipment efficiency, reduce downtime, and manage spare parts for electrical systems.Follow SH&E procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintain a clean, safe work environment.Communicate effectively across shifts and departments, train peers on electrical systems and safety practices.Actively contribute to team goals, quality standards, and continuous improvement efforts.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or industrial maintenance preferred.Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems.Strong knowledge of PLC systems, motor controls, electrical diagnostics, and low/high voltage systems.Mechanical troubleshooting skills are a plus.Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and safety programs.Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.Details:This is a full-time, direct hire position in Tooele, Utah.Position: Maintenance TechnicianShift: Days, Monday - FridayPay: Based on experience + Full Benefits.This is a W-2 position.
