User Experience Researcher

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Mixed-Methods UX Researcher with a strong emphasis on qualitative research to uncover deep insights into user behaviors, motivations, and pain points. This role blends ethnographic methods, interviews, and usability testing with quantitative validation to inform product strategy and design decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead qualitative research studies (in-depth interviews, diary studies, contextual inquiries, usability testing).Design and execute mixed-methods projects, combining qualitative insights with survey data, analytics, or A/B testing.Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams.Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into decision-making.Advocate for the voice of the user across the organization.QualificationsProven experience in qualitative UX research (3–5+ years preferred).Strong toolkit in methods such as interviews, ethnography, usability testing, participatory design.Familiarity with quantitative methods (surveys, behavioral analytics) to complement qualitative findings.Excellent communication skills for storytelling and stakeholder alignment.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred SkillsExperience with remote and international research.Comfort with mixed-method synthesis (triangulating qual + quant).Familiarity with tools like UserTesting, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics.
