Program Analyst

Role Name: Program AnalystLocation: Arlington, VA (Onsite)Duration: ContractNote- Secret or Above Security Clearance is Mandatory.Job Description:Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or Government Administration; Engineering or Technical field; Business or English; a master's degree is a plus.At least five years’ of relevant work experience.Excellent skills in literature searches and secondary research.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into organized and digestible narratives that drive clear and actionable courses of action.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings to stakeholders.Ability to create ad-hoc teams, and drive team and individual performance from a non-supervisory and/or customer support role. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, remote, environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong commitment to client satisfaction.Flexibility to take on other responsibilities as client requirements evolve.Ability to listen to, understand and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment without detailed supervision.Strong skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows.Able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level.
