Apply now!ResponsibilitiesThe successful Division Service Manager will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:Works closely with the division staff and regional staff to ensure that company goals and metrics are achievedConsistently assess and evaluate service KPI's to ensure goals are being metProvides strategic focus and planning to develop and retain businessWorks in the field managing, coaching and providing support to increase the quality of serviceMonitors performance of the service teams and branches and re-allocates resources to improve overall resultsMeets and exceeds service targets through continuous service of new accountsCoach and develop branch managers, service managers, and service technicians on customer service techniques, procedures and standards to help achieve sales and service targetsIdentifies deficiencies, implements performance improvement plans and oversees progressWorks closely with the division leadership team to ensure customer retention and the success of the branchesPerforms field evaluations and audits throughout all branchesEnsures implementation of company programs, initiatives and operational guidelinesParticipates in manager meetings and training programsMonitors regulatory compliance with state and federal agenciesWe Offer...We offer an initial base salary of $120,000 – $130,000 per year with a bonus structure that rewards outstanding performance.
