Location: Remote – Latin AmericaEmployment Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain TimeOverviewWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support a technical leadership team within a fast-paced startup environment. This role will provide operational, administrative, and organizational support to key leaders across the company, including engineering and business stakeholders.The ideal candidate will combine strong executive assistant capabilities with operational coordination skills, helping improve organization, communication, and overall team efficiency. This person should feel comfortable working closely with software engineering teams, managing priorities across multiple stakeholders, and maintaining highly organized digital systems and documentation.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, and has excellent English communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive and administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zonesCoordinate internal meetings, team activities, and leadership-related initiativesAssist with operational and project coordination tasks, ensuring follow-up on deliverables and action itemsOrganize and maintain internal documentation, digital files, and SharePoint systems with clear structure and naming conventionsSupport engineering and technical teams with administrative and organizational needsManage and maintain Microsoft Teams, file management systems, and other collaboration platformsAssist with travel coordination, expense tracking, registrations, and logistical planning when neededHelp streamline internal processes and improve overall operational efficiencySupport communication and coordination between teams and leadership stakeholdersHandle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentialityRequirements (Must-Haves)3-5 years of experience in executive assistant, administrative, operations, or coordination rolesExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience supporting multiple stakeholders or executives simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TeamsExperience with calendar management and meeting coordinationComfortable working with technology, digital organization tools, and file management systemsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetProfessional, proactive, and collaborative attitudeNice to HaveExperience supporting technical or engineering teamsFamiliarity with SharePoint organization and knowledge managementExperience in project coordination or program managementExposure to startup environments or high-growth companiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related fieldExperience working with U.S.-based teams or international stakeholdersAdditional InformationEquipment will be provided by Vintti.Preferred start date: Mid-JuneThe role requires someone highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable bringing structure and operational support to fast-moving teams
