Earn $20–$30 per hour (base pay + tips) + comprehensive benefits for full-time positions No experience needed — training and certification provided at no cost Full-time or part-time opportunities after certification Grow valuable skills in a fast-paced, exciting casino environmentDEALER SCHOOL INFORMATIONClasses will begin in July 2026 at Wind Creek’s Dealer School.Day Class Wednesday, July 8 – Saturday, August 29, 2026 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Blackjack / Spanish 21 + 1 novelty gameEvening Class Wednesday, July 8 – Saturday, August 15, 2026 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Baccarat + 1 novelty gameMinimum Requirements21+ with valid authorization to work in the U.S., high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, professional appearance per Wind Creek standards, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.Specific Position RequirementsMust pass an audition and math test, be able to identify common cheating methods, stand, bend, stretch, lift 20 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive attitude, handle stressful guest interactions professionally, and must be able to obtain and maintain an occupational licensed issued by the Illinois Gaming Board (IGB).Key ResponsibilitiesDeal table games efficiently (55 hands or 45 spins per hour), provide friendly and professional guest service, shuffle and deal cards, manage chips and game flow, accurately handle wagers, verify fills and paperwork, report irregularities, follow gaming regulations and safety standards, maintain control of game equipment, and perform other assigned duties.
