Operations Clerk Company: Brown Foodservice, Inc.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMPay: $12–$13 per hourOverview Join a team that has been delivering quality food service since 1942. As an Operations Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting transportation and warehouse operations through reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities Complete daily reports and filing, including: Morning Trans ReportDVIR ReportBackhaul ReportPOD Usage ReportTrack and post warehouse and transportation KPIs on communication boardsProvide daily Hours of Service (HOS) snapshots to Transportation ManagementAudit Cintas billing and review findings with managementVerify time and attendance records (punch validation only)Submit payroll exception emailsPrepare weekly driver incentive reportsVerify credited items scanned via Target and communicate updatesMaintain and update driver and warehouse communication boards, including safety scoreboardsOrganize Ryder bills for weekly management approvalOrder diesel, DEF, and supplies (Uline & Grainger) as neededAssist with Dispatch Track pre-workAnswer incoming calls in the transportation officePerform general Samsara system maintenanceMonitor fleet vehicles and coordinate maintenance schedulingSupport inbound scheduling (future responsibility)Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredBasic computer skills (keyboard, mouse, tablet, scanner)Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and calmly in a fast-paced environmentBasic reading, writing, and math skillsReliable attendance and punctualityTraining & Knowledge GDP training, including: Personnel practicesStorage and sanitationReceiving and distributionHACCP standardsBenefits Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceShort-term and long-term disability (STD/LTD)401(k) planAdditional Requirements Must pass a background check and drug screeningPowered by JazzHR
