NetSuite has been live for several years and is deeply embedded in our business operations, this role will focus on building robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions that go beyond basic configuration. You’ll operate as an engineer first, applying best practices in architecture, coding, testing, and deployment, working closely with business systems and cross-functional teams. What You’ll Do: Build Scalable Solutions in NetSuiteDevelop high-quality, modular code using SuiteScript (2.x) Architect and implement complex business logic across financials, order management, and operational workflows Refactor and improve legacy scripts for performance, maintainability, and scalability Own Integrations & APIsDesign and develop integrations between NetSuite and internal/external systems (e.g., product platforms, data warehouses, CRM) Build and maintain RESTlets, SuiteTalk integrations, and middleware-based connections Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of data pipelines Apply Software Engineering Best PracticesUse version control (Git), code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines to manage deployments Write clean, testable code with proper error handling and logging xywuqvpContribute to architectural decisions and technical standards Partner Across TeamsCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business Systems teams Translate product and business requirements into scalable technical designs Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery Support a Mature NetSuite EnvironmentEnhance and evolve a multi-year NetSuite implementation with a focus on long-term sustainability Balance technical debt reduction with new feature development
