Franchise Development Manager - REMOTE

The role focuses on identifying and securinglarge multi-unit area development agreements with experienced operators capable of scaling multiple locations within defined territories.
This position centers onarea development partnerships with experienced operators and investor groups , not single-unit franchise sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in building relationships, structuring development agreements, and helping scale a rapidly growing entertainment concept.

Requirements & QualificationsExperience in franchise development, multi-unit expansion, or emerging brand growth
Demonstrated experience securingmulti-unit or area development agreements
Startup or high-growth brand experience strongly preferred
Strong financial acumen and comfort discussing large territory investment opportunities
Executive-level presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term operator and investor partnerships
Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
Experience in experiential retail, entertainment, hospitality, or franchise systems preferred
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Background & SkillsInternational franchise development exposure is a plus
Experience collaborating with franchise legal counsel
Familiarity with franchise compliance frameworks such asFDD and area development agreements
Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesEngage and qualify experienced multi-unit operators and investor groups
Build, manage, and report on a disciplined franchise development pipeline
Conduct market analysis and help structure scalable territory development plans
Present unit economics and ROI models to investor groups and development partners
Represent the brand at industry events, investor forums, and conferences
Partner with legal counsel to ensure compliance with franchise regulations
Contribute to scalable development processes that support sustained multi-market growth
