Job Title: Staff Accountant, pay range $75,000-$85,000 annuallyJob Qualifications:Must have an accounting degreeMust have 2-years of accounting experienceDuties & Responsibilities:Accounts Payable:Review Accounts Payable Aging Report monthly, for all companiesPrepare annual 1095 C & 1099 file  Accounts Receivable:Review Accounts Receivable Aging Report monthly, for all companiesAssist with Accounts Receivable CollectionsNon-AIA billings with respective project managersAIA billings with respective project managersService department receivables with the service managersResidential installation department receivables with the sales managerAssist with a monthly reconciliation between Service Titan and Foundation accounts receivable reportsPayroll:Assist with Prevailing Wage weekly filings within the NYS department of labor online portalUpdate Prevailing Wage rates and Fringe Benefits within Foundation, monthlyAssist with the semi-annual Man Day calculationProvide Project Managers with monthly Job Cost Activity ReportsFinancial Reporting:Assist in the quarterly preparation of the WIP reportAssist in preparation of monthly financial statements for all companiesAssist with monthly, quarterly and annual tax filingsMiscellaneous:Become proficient in Foundation, Service Titan, and Total EnergyAssist in various projects and tasks for all companiesAssist with tracking business miles for employees of Family Danz companies.Please note, the Job description is not a complete list of the duties & responsibilities of this position.
