They work with procurement, risk, and trading teams at sophisticated enterprises to replace legacy tools with AI-native workflows.You will be working directly with leadership on live deals, new business, expansions, and strategic accounts from day one.What you'll own:End-to-end commercial motion: source, qualify, demo, close, expandShape GTM strategy - ICP, positioning, account tieringInstrument the system: pipeline hygiene, sequences, reportingBuild the assets and playbooks that scale the motionWhat they need:✔ 4–8 years in a commercial or operator role where you owned outcomes - consulting, solutions engineering, or early-stage B2B✔ Real selling instincts; you've been in high-stakes rooms and held your own✔ Curious about AI - you use the tools and have genuine views✔ NYC-based, in-person majorityBonus points for: exposure to financial services, commodities, insurance, or fintech. Fluency in a CRM. Comfort with technical tooling as commercial leverage.This team is small, serious, and moving fast.
