Optical Assistant /Optician

Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses - Take accurate measurements and record necessary information for prescription orders - Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions - Perform basic repairs and adjustments on eyewear - Maintain inventory of eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other optical products - Manage medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations - Utilize retail math systems to process transactions accurately Qualifications: - Previous experience in an optical setting is required - Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy - Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
