CapTech seeks a Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy scalable ML solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate needs into data-driven models and production-ready systems. The role involves modern ML techniques, data platform work, and client-facing delivery to grow CapTech’s ML and DS practices. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end ML solutions
- Translate client needs into data-driven processes and measures
- Analyze and transform large enterprise datasets (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Design, develop, and deploy ML solutions (recommender systems, NLP, risk scoring)
- Productionize ML systems with a focus on optimization and scalability
- Grow ML/Data Science practice through client presentations, proposals, and leading teams of junior data scientists and engineers
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with large datasets (multi-billion records)
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, or similar languagesSQL, Spark, NoSQL, and/or cloud data processing in production
- Containerization and microservices (Docker)
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure SQL, Amazon RDSAbility xaygatp to frame data-driven problems from cross-industry requirements
- Hands-on experience with production-scale ML in domains like personalization, NLP, or computer vision
- Knowledge of DevOps, statistics, model management/versioning
- Experience with LLMs in production, prompt engineering, MCP, RAG, and agentic AI architectures
- Experience with LangChain, n8n, pydantic, multi-agent orchestrationcollaboration and teamworkclient presentation and communicationproblem-solving and analytical thinking
