If you're a team player, with skills and experience that align with the functions below, we would like to hear from you.Primary FunctionThe IT & Sales Development Analyst drives revenue growth through data-driven lead generation, analytics, and CRM optimization while also serving as the primary point of contact for hardware setup, system maintenance, and staff technical support. This role ensures sales systems, business intelligence tools, and core IT operations run efficiently, maintaining data integrity, strengthening automation, and supporting team members with reliable technology and actionable insights.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:IT Operations & Infrastructure SupportConfigure new PCs, maintain phone systems, and troubleshoot peripherals (printers, handheld devices, speakers, etc.)Perform physical cabling tasks (punch down and testing), review maintenance logs, and deploy software patchesAct as a liaison with software vendors, provide basic computer training to staff, and maintain accurate internal documentationEnsure accuracy and integrity of data across CRM and business intelligence systems (Salesforce, Epicor, etc.)Review and resolve morning emails and help desk requests promptly upon arrivalSupport the IT function by performing additional duties as neededSales, Marketing & Data Strategy SupportIdentify and develop sales leads in targeted markets and geographic areasProvide insights and recommendations to sales and marketing teams to support strategic decision-makingSupport ad hoc data requests and analysis to address specific business questions or challengesLeverage AI and other tools to enhance lead development and segmentationPartner with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify automation opportunities within the sales processAssist in using AI driven targeting and automation to expand social media presence to strengthen the Ahaus brand, enhance networking, and generate leadsGeneral ExpectationsChampion and model Ahaus’ core values in daily actions and decision-makingFoster a respectful, accountable, and collaborative team environmentMaintain a clean, organized and safe work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standardsExhibit regular and predictable attendanceOther duties as assigned that may be requiredRequirementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, MIS, Computer Science, Business/Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)2–5+ years of experience in IT support, business analytics, sales or business development analysis, or a related roleExperience with network infrastructure, server administration, and troubleshooting (including VPN configuration, Active Directory, and general systems maintenance) is highly desirable, as this role may involve supporting and optimizing the IT environment alongside business development analytics responsibilitiesExperience working with large datasets and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with strong knowledge of data visualization and BI tools such as Power BIAdvanced Excel and data modeling skills requiredHands-on experience applying AI or machine learning tools for sales lead generation, customer segmentation, performance prediction, or process automationAbility to translate data insights into clear, actionable business recommendationsHands-on experience with PC setup, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral support requiredAbility to terminate and test network cablingExcellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently to achieve results aligned with company strategyStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsMust be able to provide consistent on-site supportWORKING CONDITIONSTypical business office environment with occasional work within a manufacturing settingTypical non-production, light manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to noise, dust, debris, and chemicalsMay be required to climb stairs and laddersRequires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reachingRegularly lift and/or move items up to 30 poundsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.Ahaus Tool & Engineering, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
