Project Engineer

Day to Day:Insight Global is seeking a construction specialist in Florida to assist with and oversee the entirety of construction phases for a large industrial and government project and on location in South Florida. We are seeking a temp-to-hire consultant. This position will be a 6-month contract to hire. Daily responsibilities will include:Pre-bid & planning phaseExecution PhaseClose-out PhaseAdditional responsibilities will include:Assisting VDC and BIM planningPerforming estimating tasks, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis for future projects. Participate in bid-day quote tabulations and job walksMust Haves: 5 years of construction management experience in managing entirety of construction phases (planning, execution, close-out)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and project documentationPluses: Experience with Water/Wastewater project management for new build, expansion, and rehabVirtual Design Construction (VDC) and/or Building Intelligence Modeling (BIM) experienceAdvanced scheduling, cost analysis, and risk management
