Material Handler

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving logistics environment where teamwork and precision are key to success. *Duties* * Safely load, unload, and transport materials using various heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes * Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy utilizing RF scanners and order picking techniques * Maintain organized storage areas by stacking pallets and arranging inventory according to warehouse protocols * Conduct manual handling of materials, ensuring proper lifting techniques to prevent injury during heavy lifting tasks * Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and recording inventory movements * Operate material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies * Support inventory management activities by conducting regular cycle counts and updating stock records *Skills* * Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related warehouse operations * Skilled in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, crane systems, and load & unload machinery * Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners for accurate order processing * Strong manual handling skills with knowledge of safe lifting practices aligned with OSHA regulations * Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements * Excellent understanding of safety protocol adherence within a warehouse environment * Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or overseeing warehouse activities is a plus * Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors on daily tasks Join us in a role where your energy fuels our success!
