*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks. *Responsibilities* - Manage and supervise office staff to ensure smooth operations - Handle front desk duties including answering phones and greeting visitors - Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders - Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping - Oversee office management duties to maintain a well-organized workspace - Assist with payroll processing and related documentation *Qualifications* - Proven experience in office administration or a related field - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling - Ability to supervise and lead a team to achieve common goals - Knowledge of basic administrative tasks and office procedures Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.78 - $18.82 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Choose your own hours Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift Ability to Relocate: Lowell, IN 46356: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
