Core ResponsibilitiesIn partnership with our internal medicine physician, the Nurse Practitioner will: Deliver comprehensive care through in-depth evaluations (routine, urgent, and follow-up visits)Diagnose and treat common acute conditions such as infections, minor injuries, and dermatological concernsManage chronic health issues like hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disordersProvide both telehealth and in-person consultationsHandle lab reviews, prescription management, and patient communicationsCoordinate care with specialists and assist in navigating referralsPerform clinical tasks such as EKGs, phlebotomy, vaccinations, and basic proceduresEducate patients on long-term wellness strategies and lifestyle modificationsParticipate in occasional home visits or after-hours care (optional and flexible)QualificationsActive and unrestricted NP license in Washington, D.C.Board certification as an Adult or Family Nurse PractitionerAt least 2 years of clinical experience in internal medicine or primary careComfortable working autonomously, yet values team collaborationProficient in using electronic medical records (e.g., Elation, eClinicalWorks, Athena)A patient-first mindset with a focus on empathy, service, and clinical excellenceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary aligned with experienceFlexible scheduling (3-5 days per week)Performance-based bonus potentialPaid time off and holidaysLow patient volume with ample support and a modern, well-equipped officeLooking forward to connecting soon!
