Day.Aspirus At Home in Merrill, WI is seeking a PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our field team!The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients within the Merrill, WI areas. Evaluates, establishes treatment plan and goals of treatment, and provides for and/or supervises the administration of treatment modalities/procedures done to meet the needs of the patient as it pertains to the age and diagnosis of the patient. Incorporates patient and family education. Provides documentation for all of the above.HOURS: 1.0 FTE/80 hours every two weeks working flexible day shiftExperience/QualificationsKnowledge of physical therapy standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy required.Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hireAnnual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.Possesses and maintains a valid Driver's License required.Possesses automobile liability insurance with $100,000/$300,000 coverage required, or $300,000 combined single-limit liability.Employee BenefitsFull benefits packages available for part- and full-time status.PTO accrual from day one!Generous retirement plan with match available.Wellness program for employees and their families.Aspirus at Home is a part of the Aspirus health system and is a nonprofit, Medicare-certified home health agency that offers services in northern and central Wisconsin, northeastern Minnesota, and parts of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
