Project Accountant

You’ll be part of a mission-driven team that’s reshaping how people move, connect, and experience travel — and you’ll play a key role in keeping the financial engine behind it all running smoothly. \We’re looking for a Project Accountant to join our client's growing finance team. You’ll work across an exciting portfolio of large-scale infrastructure assets, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting. This is a hands-on, analytical role that combines technical accounting expertise with business partnership and problem-solving. You’ll gain exposure to complex, global projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams — while also helping mentor junior accountants and contributing ideas that improve how we operate. What You’ll Do Own day-to-day accounting and month-end close activities for select assets and corporate entities Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules Support financial reporting and FP&A teams with accurate data and analysis Partner with business leaders across the network to resolve accounting questions and optimize processes Lead or support site audits with external auditors Provide mentorship and first-line oversight for more junior staff Bring insight and initiative to weekly finance meetings — your ideas will be heard What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (industry experience preferred; public accounting a plus) Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP CPA designation (or in progress) Advanced Excel skills and comfort with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Navision a plus) A curious mindset — you don’t just report the numbers, you want to understand the “why” behind them The ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Work on high-profile, globally recognized infrastructure projects that shape the way people travel Join a growing, values-driven organization with a strong track record and long-term investment backing Collaborate with a world-class team that combines global expertise with local impact Enjoy career growth, mentorship, and visibility across a broad, international finance organization Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and flexibility in where you work
