CA Gen expert (Cobol & Java)

Job Title: CA Gen ExpertLocation / Travel: Remote but Occasional travel to Switzerland may be required based on customer requirements.Language Requirements: English – Fluent, German – Preferred.Job SummaryThe primary person responsible will be able to deliver the required changes as per the requirement provided by the business and / or technical teams. Should be able to come up with technical solution, manage/ guide the team for developing and testing the solution, implement the solution and coordinate with biz/ops and other technology teams wherever required.Experience in software developmentAt least 5+ years of experience working with CA-Gen-Cobol applications.At least 5+ years of experience with CICS or IMS, Java, COBOL, PLI, MS SQL, DB2 & JCL.At least performed a Mainframe transformation to the cloud with the usage of CA-Gen COBOL (Mainframe) and CA-Gen Java (in the cloud) with extensive knowledge / experience of performance measures / improvements, data transfer and Reverse Engineering approach.At least 5+ years of experience in software development life cycle:Independently design, build and deploy major technical changes.At least 5+ years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.Should be able to perform the system analysis of the AS-IS system and help in defining the performance requirements for the migration aspects.Should be able to perform the co-ordination with the different teams.Should be open to work with the CAGEN COBOL and Java and able to perform the analysis of the applications in this technology.Having good knowledge in Group Life insurance domain.Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering in context of CA Gen Java generation on the cloud.Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.Job RequirementsEssential Skills:1.
