Cabinet Production Drafting Technician

We’re looking for a Cabinet Production Drafting Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and problem-solving. In this role, you won’t just draft — you’ll be a key link between customers, dealers, engineering, and production, ensuring every order is complete, approved, and ready to build. What You’ll Do Convert customer and dealer-provided designs, blueprints, and schematics into accurate, production-ready manufacturing drawings using CAD software Review incoming orders for completeness, accuracy, and manufacturability Identify potential issues early and recommend practical, effective solutions Assist customers, designers, and dealers with design and engineering questions Communicate professionally via email, phone, and video conferencing Document customer communications, revisions, and approvals in the CRM system Distribute drawings for customer approval and follow through to final sign-off Manage multiple projects while meeting production schedules, KPIs, and deadlines Maintain organized records and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment What Makes You a Great Fit You’re detail-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of Computer-Aided Drafting/Design experience Microvellum experience strongly preferred Familiarity with cabinet construction and manufacturing processes preferred Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills Ability to manage interruptions while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines Proven ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Why Join Us?
