Training and Development Manager
DMAC Security is actively seeking a qualified professional to design and implement a comprehensive training program in adherence to relevant policies and procedures. The successful candidate will leverage available resources to enhance officer proficiency and oversee the professional development of security personnel. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong emphasis on customer service, demonstrating a friendly and engaging demeanor. Additionally, the ability to retain detailed information about the premises is essential for effectively addressing guests' general inquiries.
Responsibilities:
On occasion, act as the Site Supervisor
Develop, implement, and monitor the INITIAL security officer training program.
Conduct security-related drills and exercises.
Create lesson plans and other training materials.
Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
Create testing and evaluation processes.
Prepare and implement a training budget.
Evaluate the needs of the security force and plan training programs accordingly.
Provide classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, and meetings.
Provide performance feedback.
Conduct continuing education training.
Provide leadership development education.
Keep detailed training records.
Manage and maintain shift schedule for all shifts
Manage and maintain uniform issue and replacement program
Performs other related duties, as assigned, to ensure the efficient and effective
Functioning of the security force training program and day-to-day operations.
LMS Administrator
Compliance tracker for all guard training and state requirements.
Following all brand standards.
Assist with new contract transitions
Requirements:
2 years experience managing unit/organizational training in a military/law enforcement environment (Only military and LE if they are creative). We do not want someone who can't create branded materials).
Demonstrated experience developing a training program of study to meet required standards
Experience in a leadership role - MANAGEMENT ROLE
Successfully completed service equivalent instructor training course NOT SURE WHAT THIS IS??
Candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
