Treasury & Optimization Product Development

We are hiring a Portfolio Financing / Optimization Product Development Specialist to join a high-impact team at a leading global hedge fund in NYC (5 days in office).This role covers Cash & Collateral Management, Equity & FI Financing, Liquidity Management, Margin & Collateral Optimization, Equity Financing Optimization, and Counterparty Risk. This role sits at the center of it all—driving the delivery of strategic, cross-functional initiatives that directly enhance capital efficiency, risk control, and firm-wide scalability.You will act as a key product and delivery owner, partnering closely with Technology, Operations, and Treasury stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end solutions across complex financial workflows. The role requires strong execution capability, deep product knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.Key focus areas:Treasury product delivery across financing, liquidity, and collateral optimization initiativesEnd-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives from concept through production rolloutCross-functional coordination across Technology, Operations, and Trading stakeholdersRequirements gathering, solution design, and test strategy developmentData governance, control enhancement, and architecture alignmentDriving automation, workflow efficiency, and operational risk reductionWhat we’re looking for:10+ years of experience in financial services, product delivery, or business analysisStrong understanding of markets and trade lifecycle (Equity, FI, OTC, FX, Futures)Experience with margin, collateral, and financing workflowsProven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional technology initiativesStrong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasetsExperience driving automation and process improvementFamiliarity with AI tools and modern productivity workflows is a plusThis is a highly visible role within one of the largest and most strategically important functions in the firm, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and complex, global initiatives.
