What You’ll Do Prepare ingredients for daily service Follow prep lists and par levels Maintain organization and food safety standard What You Bring Strong organization skills Ability to work early shifts and move quickly Team-first mindset Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival. Present menus and explain food, beverage, and daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner. Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience. Process payments and handle cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and side work assignments. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, hosts, and management to ensure smooth operations. Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of high-volume restaurant serving experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
