High School Graduates Welcome-no Experience Required Will Be Trained on the Job and Unlimited Overtime.Finish Excavating is looking for full time civil workers. We have been in business since 1994, and are a leader in the telecommunications industry. This position requires travel. Applicants can frequently expect to be gone during the week, staying overnight in hotels. Previous industry experience unnecessary. This position will have significant advancement opportunities. We provide in house training. Pay based on skill level and previous experience. Responsibilities and Duties:Operate machinery including fork truck, skid loaders, and excavatorsOperate handheld tools including compactors, shovels, hammersMaintain equipment and perform daily inspections of equipmentLay and tie rebar to the plan layoutTravel is requiredQualifications and Skills:Ability and willingness to learn how to read plans, take measurements and set up forms in preparing to pour and finish concreteAbility to follow oral & written instructionsAbility to lift, twist, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, stand, climb ladders, and walk on uneven ground for extended periodsAbility to lift 75lbsAbility to meet physical demands of dutiesAbility to work outside & withstand varied inclement weather conditionsUse safety equipment 100% of the time and work in a safe mannerAbility and willingness to obtain all necessary training: OSHA, RF, First Aid & CPRMaintain a valid Driver's LicenseWilling to obtain CDLHigh School Diploma/GEDBasic Computer Skills
