Property Manager (Miami Beach)

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations for a 250-unit residential community. This position oversees on-site staff, supports resident satisfaction, and helps maintain the property to high operational and service standards. The ideal candidate is confident managing building performance, coordinating teams, and keeping administrative and financial activities organized.Location: Miami BeachHours: Standard hours -Mon to FriSalary: $100,000-$125,000Benefits: % of health paid, vacation, holidays and other incentivesThe Property Manager oversees a team of staff including: Building Engineer and maintenance personnel, front desk staff, Assistant Mgr. and a Bookkeeper; in addition to outsourced janitorial and other misc. vendors. This role is the liaison between the condominium Board, residents and administration, managing the day- to-day building operations. The ability to communicate proficiently in English is highly needed for this role.Responsibilities include:Manages property daily operational needs, staff, security, routine up- keep, repairs, maintenance requests, vendors, compliance with local building regulations for a 250 unit condominiumBudgeting and accounting; oversee Bookkeeper; Monitors monthly financial statements, delinquencies; and coordinates with the Association’s accountants or auditorsDrafts annual operating budgets, reserves and provides other analysis and reportsMonitoring specials assessment, capital improvements and required initiatives such as 50 year renewal in accordance with reserves and budgetAssists with board meetings, agendas and management reportsVendor management, contract negotiations, bids and other quotesActs as a primary contact for escalated issues including responding to home owners and providing board with various communication, reports and assistanceMaintains Association records, such as contracts, insurance policies, and resident files, in compliance with state laws.Ensures the association complies with local, state, and federal laws (e.g., Florida Condominium Act)Enforces the community's Declarations, Bylaws, and Rules & Regulations• At least 3-5 years of experience managing residential properties or comparable real estate operations.• Background overseeing site staff and coordinating the work of multiple functions within a property setting.• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.• Knowledge of property operations, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and basic financial administration.• Any license, such as a Community Association Manager (LCAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) highly preferredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
