The team is specifically seeking someone with broad experience across ATS, LMS, performance management, and HR/talent platforms — not just payroll or one isolated HR system.Key DetailsLocation: Houston, TX or Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-timeCompensation:Houston: $149K–$166K base + bonusSalt Lake City: $145K–$164K base + bonusAbout the RoleThis role supports a global HR technology environment and will play a major part in the firm’s upcoming transition away from PeopleSoft into a new HR platform ecosystem. The team is looking for someone who has experience with:HR system implementations or migrationsEnterprise HR application supportStakeholder-facing HR technology workIntegrations, APIs, and SaaS platformsYou’ll work closely with HR leadership, security, vendors, and technical teams while owning end-to-end delivery and support for HR applications.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport and enhance HR technology platforms across recruiting, learning, performance, and talent managementLead or contribute to HRIS / ATS / LMS implementations and migrationsProvide Level 3 support for complex HR application issuesBuild and maintain integrations using APIs and SaaS technologiesPartner directly with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutionsSupport reporting, analytics, documentation, and system optimizationCollaborate with vendors, security, and infrastructure teamsRequired Experience7+ years supporting HR technology platformsStrong experience with multiple HR technologies, including:ATS platformsLearning Management Systems (LMS)Performance Management systemsHRIS / Talent platformsExperience with HR platform implementations, upgrades, or migrationsStrong stakeholder communication and business-facing experienceExperience with APIs, integrations, and SaaS applicationsAbility to troubleshoot and support enterprise production environmentsTechnical Experience PreferredPeopleSoft experienceSQL, Java, .NET, or Python exposureSSO / SAML / OAuth experienceMicrosoft Azure or identity management exposureIdeal BackgroundThe strongest candidates will have broad HR technology experience across multiple systems and functions — not just payroll or basic HR support.Professional services, legal, or other enterprise environments are helpful but not required.Why This RoleMajor HR systems modernization initiatives underwayHigh-visibility role partnering with HR and technology leadershipBlend of hands-on engineering, implementation work, and stakeholder interactionOpportunity to help shape the future HR technology stack for a global organization
