Pump Service TechnicianMaple Heights, OH | Serving the Greater Cleveland Region$32–$37/hr | Monday–Friday Day ShiftCompany Service Truck Provided2.5% Shared Success Bonus PotentialA growing industrial service organization is seeking an experienced Pump Service Technician to support commercial, industrial, and municipal water/wastewater customers throughout the Greater Cleveland area. This is a hands-on field service role for a highly skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and working independently in the field.This position offers long-term career growth, strong technical exposure, and the opportunity to work on critical infrastructure systems that directly impact local communities.What You'll DoTroubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain:Centrifugal pumpsSubmersible pumpsVertical turbine pumpsSump/sewage systemsHVAC pump systemsService mixers, prop pumps, pressure systems, and related equipmentPerform pump control diagnostics and repairsProgram, troubleshoot, and modify Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)Field Service & ProjectsPerform piping layout, installations, replacements, and system upgradesRespond to emergency service calls as part of a rotating on-call scheduleFollow all Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and safety proceduresWork independently at customer sites across the Cleveland regionWhat We're Looking For5–7+ years of experience with industrial pumps, plumbing, or electrical systemsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with water and wastewater systemsKnowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance practicesExperience with pump controls and VFDs preferredAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsHigh School Diploma, GED, or Trade School educationValid driver's license requiredThis is an excellent opportunity for a technician looking for autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the ability to make a direct impact supporting essential water and wastewater operations throughout the region.
