In this role, you will provide strategic oversight across a portfolio of projects and initiatives for key clientscoordinating people, processes, and performance to ensure outcomes remain aligned with schedule, budget, and long-term goals.CHA believes our employees should have the time and flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. We offer most employees the option of a hybrid schedule with a work week that includes both office and work from home days.What You'll Do:Lead day-to-day management of client programs, coordinating multiple projects and strategic initiativesAlign project deliverables with overall program objectives to ensure consistency across scope, schedule, and outcomesServe as a primary liaison for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication and driving successful project deliveryEstablish and manage core program documentation, standards, and reporting toolsIdentify program-level risks, address challenges, and drive resolution to keep work moving forwardSupport business development and growth initiatives by contributing to program action plans, proposals, presentations, and brochure materialsProvide project-level review, guidance, and mentorship to project teams to support successful deliveryCoordinate resources across projects to support efficient execution and balanced workloadsWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Construction, Real Estate Development, or Architecture required; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 15 years of relevant post education experience in infrastructure delivery with extensive proficiency in planning, design, and constructionVertical build experience managing multiple projects through the complete project life cycle requiredProven ability to establish, implement, and manage multiple large-scale programs simultaneouslyDemonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsStrategic and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and prioritization skillsAbility to adapt quickly in dynamic environments and respond effectively to evolving client and program needsCommitment to workplace safety and adherence to CHA's health and safety policiesTravel required to site locations in the South EastPMP certification is a plusWhy You'll Love It Here:Influence project outcomes by bringing structure, foresight, and consistency to complex initiativesCollaborate with experienced professionals across disciplines on meaningful infrastructure and facilities programsEnjoy a dynamic environment that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvementSalary range: $150,000 - $180,000Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.Culture/EEO Statement:At CHA, we work every day to create solutions, help people, and improve our world, committed to creating and fostering excellence in our diverse and highly talented teams.
