As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be knowledgeable about our products and able to provide EXCELLENT customer service to locals and island visitors. Pay includes commission on sales. Responsibilities: Share product knowledge with customers. Understand customer needs and respond appropriately. Accurately process transactions. Deliver a high level of customer service. Monitor inventory and be able to alert management about potential inventory issues. Accurately answer customer questions about store merchandise. Be proactive in managing store operations. Keep up a clean & organized space Must be on time, committed to the schedule, and have reliable transportation Be available to work on the weekends Non smoking **This is not a seasonal job, we are looking to hire someone for the long term.
