Industrial Maintenance Technician

CES/AWS is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Automotive Manufacturer client.Location: Mills River, NCCompetitive Salary depending on experienceDirect Hire positionNight Shift (12-Hour Continental Schedule)We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client's team on the night shift (7PM–7AM). This position follows a continental 12-hour schedule, offering full-time hours with built-in extended time off.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and building systemsExecute preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptimeTroubleshoot and repair equipment including servo motors, drives, and encodersInstall new equipment, coordinating with outside vendors when neededReview work orders and maintain accurate maintenance logsEnsure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and regulationsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentFully skilled in one or more trades (433A Millwright preferred)Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing settingBasic welding skillsWorking knowledge of industrial controls (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.)Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systemsAbility to read and understand technical drawings, codes, and regulationsPreferred SkillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience in training or supervising apprentices or maintenance laborersComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as requiredIf you are interested, please apply and/or send your resume to CESDH
