Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, utilizing equipment such as Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for efficient transactions Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate sales processing Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and food preparation guidelines Assist with food service tasks such as assembling food orders, serving customers, and ensuring cleanliness of the café environment Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining quality standards Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking supplies as needed Skills Proficiency with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Experience as a barista or bartending, demonstrating knowledge of brewing techniques and strategic bar maintenance. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices within a café setting. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Strong basic math skills required, including accurate weighing and measuring of ingredients in grams for recipe execution and consistency.
