SUMMARY OF POSITION The CNC Machine Operator position is the start of the manufacturing process. Operators will need to learn the basic ability to identify X, Y, Z, B, and C axes in 4 and 5 axis machines. This position will operate at our Wilsonville, OR location. He/she is responsible for running multiple and varying CNC machines simultaneously, in addition to loading parts for manufacturing and adhering to all work instructions. Previous experience with CNC Machining in a manufacturing work environment is not required. Load parts for 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC Machines Operates multiple machines simultaneously. Monitors the machine and tools to ensure proper performance. Completes work orders, inspection documentation, and daily preventative maintenance sheets. Makes tool adjustments with moderate supervision. Promote health and safety of self and co-workers Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality Management Systems (QMS). Completes all required training.
