A Diamond Partner are currently hiring for a leader to drive their expanding footprint in the OneStream ecosystem, focusing across East & Central Time Zones.With a fantastic reputation in the space, they are looking for you to come in with an established playbook and connections within the OneStream ecosystem, to support an existing upsell pipeline as well as bringing in net new labels.Offering a hugely competitive salary range, this role will provide a brilliant platform for you to flourish and excel as a Sales leader.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full lifecycle of net-new OneStream opportunities - from origination through close -while building strategic relationships with OneStream leadership and ecosystem partnersBlend enterprise sales rigor with deep finance domain expertise, CPM platform knowledge, and awareness of emerging AI trends to drive high-impact finance transformation initiativesProactively generate and close new-logo OneStream opportunities within the Office of the CFO across enterprise and upper mid-market segmentsBuild new client relationships through targeted outbound efforts, executive networking, industry events, and alliance-led introductionsDevelop and execute account strategies aimed at displacing legacy CPM platforms and winning competitive evaluationsLead all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, discovery, value positioning, solution alignment, negotiation, and closingDeliver high-impact, finance-focused presentations to senior stakeholders (CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders) centered on modernization, AI-driven insights, and ROICultivate strong co-sell partnerships with OneStream field teams (RVPs, AEs, Alliances, Partner Managers) to expand pipelineMaintain deep knowledge of OneStream capabilities and evolving value propositionsEngage in joint account planning with OneStream to uncover whitespace and drive services opportunitiesCollaborate on field marketing initiatives (events, roundtables, webinars, campaigns)Stay current on AI trends within the CFO organization and translate them into clear, actionable business outcomesBuild and sustain a strong self-generated pipeline with clear activity and opportunity creation metricsLead internal collaboration across solutioning, proposals, and proof-of-concept efforts to win competitive dealsEstablish multi-level relationships across finance, data, and IT stakeholders to build consensus and accelerate deal cyclesDevelop and execute territory and account plans focused on revenue growth and market expansionEnsure smooth transition from sale to delivery while maintaining executive engagement to drive long-term expansionGo beyond executing the go-to-market strategy - actively shape and modernize itQualifications5+ years proven track record of EPM sales experience, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisitionDemonstrated experience selling OneStream software or servicesStrong understanding of Corporate Performance Management processes including financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and reportingWorking knowledge of modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and how they integrate with CPM solutionsProven ability to build pipeline through self-sourced outbound activity and alliance developmentExperience developing executive-level relationships within technology partner organizations, particularly within the OneStream ecosystemDemonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets in a competitive, consultative selling environmentSelf-motivated, highly driven hunter mentality with strong prospecting discipline and resilienceAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance & Operations, Data Solutions, marketing, and alliance teamsOutstanding executive presence, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to travel up to 50%
